DELIVERY TIME INFORMATION
1.We will dispatch your order the very same day if placed before 4pm GMT Monday to Friday. Orders received later than 4pm GMT, or over a weekend, will be dispatched the following working day.
2. A ‘working day’ includes Monday to Friday, and does not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday day will be collected by our shipping agents on the next working day. The Delivery times are:
* Lagos: 1-2 working days
* Inter State: 3-4 working days
* International: 7 working days
3. We only accept orders for items that are shown as ‘IN STOCK” provided payment has been accepted, billing and delivery address has been verified.
1. All Oba couture items purchased in Nigeria can be returned to us for free, unused, in same condition as purchased no longer than 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
2. We are able to exchange an item for the same value or higher. Should you want to exchange an item please check the stock of your required item prior to sending items back to ensure the item is available. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org; if stocks are low, we will then reserve the item for you.
3. We are unable to reserve sale items. If any item required for an exchange is not available, we will issue a store credit in its place.
1. International customers have 30 days to return their items using a courier of their choice. If you’d like to return an item from your order, it must reach us in its new, unworn state with its original tags and packaging within 30 daysfrom date of order.
2. We strongly recommend sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you have received a notification from us. If you do choose to use an untracked service your order cannot be tracked, and we cannot be held responsible for your lost order, therefore, we will be unable to process your return.
